Working in and with various organisations, Anna Supierz became frustrated at the absence of consultants who could both come to grips with technical subject matter inherent in professional work and bring broad strategy expertise to assist those experts. Having identified this gap in the market, and realising the power of her diverse skill set, Anna set out to build the consultancy that she wanted to use.

Anna started her career as a commercial litigation lawyer, but her love of strategy drew her to commercial roles, in particular brand strategy, business development and innovation in professional services firms. Since completing her MBA, she has provided strategy advice to businesses across diverse sectors, and varying in size from startups to multi-national heavyweights.

Anna’s diversity of experience serves her and her clients well. She has led multi-functional teams and worked with C-suite executives, Boards and Executive Teams, providing solutions that are data-driven, practical and effective. Her uncharacteristically broad career enables her to bring a unique perspective to leaders.

The common thread in her career has been the intense curiosity she brings to each project and her ability to find elegant solutions to complex problems.
