Our founder

Anna supierz

Anna Supierz deploys a multidisciplinary, data driven and collaborative approach to strategy. She brings a broad toolkit to assist subject matter experts with strategy challenges, whether that be developing the right strategy, articulating it in a compelling way to convince or mobilise stakeholders and/or establishing an effective scaffold for delivery.

Anna has experience working in house and as a consultant to organisations including start ups, multinational heavyweights, government entities and not for profits. She started her career as a lawyer, but her love of strategy drew her into commercial roles, in particular brand strategy, innovation and business transformation. Since completing her MBA, she has led multi-functional teams and worked with c-suite and boards, providing strategies that are supported by data and practical.

It is Anna’s diversity of perspective, nimbleness in approach and human centred engagement style that is the hallmark of Halo Strategy’s approach. Our work brings a lasting benefit to clients, delivering practical solutions to complex problems.
